The IT Compliance Auditor will drive compliance and audit initiatives, support governance operations, maintain data integrity, and enhance collaboration across departments.
Job Description
This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment across our compliance, audit, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting projects, maintaining data integrity, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within the broader governance and compliance structure. This individual will be responsible for supporting the execution of the ESS IT COSA, audit engagements, and related activities to ensure timely and accurate completion. They will support the ongoing administration of the CSAT process by gathering data, generating reports, and integrating feedback. In addition, the role involves planning and supporting the Governance and Compliance team's operational cadence, including meeting coordination, documentation, and tracking progress against key milestones and initiatives. A core component of this role includes driving the PAL migration, ensuring that content is transitioned accurately and efficiently. The candidate will also oversee the maintenance and tracking of knowledge base articles, using the Evergreen process to ensure information remains current and reliable. They will also be responsible for updating and monitoring dashboards, metrics, and internal tools that enhance visibility and support informed decision-making across the team.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
The selected candidate must possess strong organizational skills and an ability to build effective working relationships across departments and stakeholder groups. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Team, and PowerPoint is essential.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Familiarity with platforms such as Archer and ServiceNow as well as compliance frameworks and/or NIST is highly preferred.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
