  • Covers planning and managing of the development, testing, and implementation of process / concept improvements and system changes at own responsibility area.
  •  Contains translation of requirements into system terminology and functionality as well as the delivery of process and system end-user training.
Responsibilities
  • Act as Business Partner on operational level, as IT single point of contact for business functional and/or site/regional leaders.
  • Communicate from IT towards business including Strategy, MoO, service, Portfolio and Global Maintenance Break.
  • Clarify escalations, define the resolution together with relevant counterparts, agree and follow up the implementation, and keep the business counterpart updated.
  • Ensure, at own Business Partner level, business benefit realisation for the services and projects.
  • Support business in their investment planning for business funded IT efforts.
  • Ensure the IT Business service portfolio covers the business needs.
  • Understand business strategies and enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives by proactively proposing IT offering.
  • Listen to business expectations, analyse business needs, requirements and challenges, involve the needed IT functions and ensure requests and challenges are further processed in IT.
  • Create the capability and program roadmap together with the Business owner.
  • Gather needs and interest for new technology alternatives and contribute to technology roadmaps for Nokia Enterprise Architecture.
  • Promote the IT service offering and identify potential solutions in response to business needs and concerns.
  • Agree the IT Business Service Level Agreement with the business.
  • Report service and project performance and the related corrective actions.
  • Follow up service satisfaction, and initiate and contribute to improvement actions.
  • Establish new programs and projects with milestone decisions and deliverables.
  • Drive Investment Commitment proposal preparation and approval, and ensure business case creation for new investments.
  • Prioritise and manage dependencies between roadmaps, programs and projects.
  • Participate in Program Steering for approving PM milestones.
  • Collect needs for Minor Enhancements and ensure implementation.
  • Secure that IT project delivery is in line with business objectives and expectations covering scope, timeline, quality and target architecture.
  • Act as the IT interface for executive support, ensuring Nokia's senior leaders and their assistants receive prioritised, white-glove IT service across devices, collaboration tools and travel scenarios.
  • Own executive escalations end to end, coordinating the relevant IT functions and service providers until resolution and keeping the executive stakeholder informed throughout.
  • Ensure executive-critical services are covered by the IT service portfolio, including support for high-visibility events, leadership meetings and board sessions.
  • Act as the IT business partner for factory and manufacturing sites, ensuring shop floor IT services meet production requirements and site-specific operating conditions.
  • Govern factory site IT service performance and incident escalations with the relevant service providers, minimising disruption to production and delivery schedules.
  • Gather factory and site user needs, translate them into IT requirements, and follow up implementation together with the responsible IT functions.
Qualifications

You have:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT and services
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships
