IT and Devops Engineer

We are looking for a security-first IT Administrator to own and scale our corporate IT, identity, endpoint security, and on-prem/colo infrastructure. This role is critical to keeping our environment secure, compliant, and frictionless for employees.

You will work closely with Security, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure our systems are locked down, auditable, and reliable — without slowing the company down.

Location: this position is onsite at San Jose office

Key Responsibilities:

• Own identity and access management using Okta (SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, lifecycle automation)

• Manage endpoint security and device management using Hexnode and CrowdStrike

• Administer cloud identity and access across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

• Operate and improve SOC 2/PCI security controls, access reviews, and audit evidence

• Support on-prem / colo infrastructure and networking (firewalls, VPNs, routing)

• Integrate security tooling with SIEM/logging and respond to incidents

• Automate onboarding/offboarding, access, and device workflows

• Maintain clear, auditable IT and security runbooks

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in IT Systems Administration / IT Security / Corporate IT

• Strong hands-on experience with, MDMs, SSO, SCIM, Active directory

• Practical networking experience (colo / on-prem required)

• Experience operating in SOC 2 compliant environments
