Job Responsibilities:

• Installation und Instandhaltung von Hard- und Software des lokalen Rechenzentrums
• Installation und Instandhaltung von Hard- und Software diverser Client-System (Endgeräte)
• Beschaffung, Implementierung und Verwaltung von IT-Systemen (Hard-/Software)
• Einweisung/Schulung von Mitarbeitern aller Fachbereiche in eingesetzte Softwareprodukte und IT-Systeme
• Überwachung des Produktionssteuerungssystems (MES)
• Überwachung der JIT/JIS Schnittstellen zum ERP System (SAP)
• Analyse/Beseitigung von auftretende Fehler/Incidents
• Verantwortung für ordnungsgemäßes Servicemanagement nach ITIL
• Koordination von externen Dienstleistern (Helpdesks, Service- und Wartungspartner etc.)
• Mitwirkung bei Projekten im IT-Umfeld inkl. der eigenverantwortlichen Übernahme von Teilprojekten
• Eigenständige Durchführung verschiedener IT-Projekte
• Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung von Audits (Beispielsweise SOX-Audit, TISAX-Audit,...)
• Dokumentation der Prozesse/Aufgaben SOX konform
