Job Description

Wix is the leading SaaS website builder platform globally to create, manage and grow a digital presence. What began as a website builder in 2006 is now a complete platform providing users with enterprise-grade performance, security and a reliable infrastructure to build their dreams online.


As the Senior Manager of Investor Relations, you will lead communications between the financial community and Wix’s management team, serving as a voice for investors within Wix. Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in building and conveying Wix’s financial and strategic narrative as well as leading relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors. The ideal candidate should demonstrate deep investor relations experience, a strong finance/data background, outstanding communications skills and preference for a fast-faced and innovation-first environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of the quarterly earnings process, including creating earnings materials (PR, Shareholder Update, slides), overseeing Q&A preparation and managing call logistics

  • Organize and host calls, meetings and events with institutional investors and sell-side analysts, ensuring alignment on company narrative as well as gathering feedback

  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of Wix’s business model, financials and KPIs by closely collaborating with Finance and Business Analytics teams to ensure transparent investor messaging 

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with product teams and other internal stakeholders to stay up to speed on latest product releases and business updates

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor performance and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for investor messaging

  • Track shareholder base/trends and investor sentiment as well as perform regular investor targeting analysis

  • Analyze stock performance and sell-side analyst ratings to inform investor relations strategy.

  • Manage IR marketing calendar, including conference participation, NDRs and Analyst Days

  • Oversee and manage IR website, investor callback tool and CRM

  • This job requires some international and domestic travel


At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected in the office 3 times per week.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant professional work experience, ideally in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years working in investor relations within a public company. Experience within Software as a Service (SaaS) or eCommerce is a plus.

  • Proven track record of leading and executing dynamic investor relations strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to distill complex financial information and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent financial and investment analysis capabilities, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with financial modeling techniques used by security analysts.

  • Ability to thrive in very fast-paced, high-stakes environments, and quickly changing priorities. 

  • Comfortability working with a variety of stakeholders: executives, investors, equity research analysts, as well as your own peers. 

  • Interest in technology and demonstrated curiosity about our products and competitive landscape.

  • Proven project management and problem-solving skills

The approximate base compensation is $140,000 - 180,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
