Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate U.S. venture capital investments, leading the full lifecycle from deal sourcing through due diligence and investment in Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for AI initiatives, aligning internal AI projects and resources with the company's global strategy.
  • Manage strategic relationships with portfolio companies, ensuring Micron's investment objectives are met and strengthened over time.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for AI/ML execution across the company, including strategic initiatives in physical AI, Generative AI, and emerging semiconductor-adjacent technologies.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including briefings for Micron's Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Investment Committee, while mentoring developing team members.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem with domain expertise in at least one area (e.g., physical AI, autonomous vehicles, manufacturing, data center systems/software).
  • Proven ability to communicate recommendations to senior executives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive alignment.
  • Experience leading strategic or technical initiatives with the ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast turnaround times.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA from a Tier 1 university; dual education (Foreign/USA) or foreign work experience (2-3 years).
  • Background in data center hardware or data center software architecture.
  • Experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm (highly desirable).
  • Strong business consulting skills with demonstrated ability to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities related to AI transformation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a reputation for producing executive-ready, accurate analysis.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Committed approach with experience leading others and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$193,000.00 - $344,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
