The Trust & Safety Policy Team is looking for a 2022 Summer Intern. 

We are passionate about creating a trusted and safe platform through relevant and well managed policies. We develop and maintain our Trust & Safety policies working closely with our operations, support, and other cross functional teams. Here in the Policy Team you get to see the inner workings of how we think about member behavior and what it means to keep people safe on Tinder. 

In this role you will:

• Collect feedback and conduct research to identify gaps or insufficiencies in policy guidance
• Lead a deep dive policy review to understand what is/isn’t working, relevancy, and propose needed changes
• Help create customer communications about Tinder policies
• Assist in research for new policy areas
• Provide general support to the Policy Team

We're looking for:

• Pursuing a undergraduate degree, with a graduation date no earlier than December 2022
• Fun, creative, and social individual who loves Tinder
• Passion about starting a career in Trust & Safety or online platform operations
• Familiarity with research and basic data analysis
• Experience working in or coursework related to policy
• Detail-oriented with a bias towards action
• Creativity and critical thinking
• Experience with using Google Docs, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
