Technical Marketing Intern (Video) - Part-time, Summer
First Resonance is looking for a part time Technical Marketing Intern to help disrupt the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate is someone that is a hustler, go-getter, and is thrilled by the opportunity to communicate technology and products at an early-stage startup.
The intern will work with the technical marketing and sales team to produce video content to improve external communications, product understanding, and overall brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and technical communications.
The ideal candidate is a team player, scrappy, detail-oriented, friendly, and has the ability to learn quickly. A strong interest in engineering, manufacturing and tinkering with hardware and software is preferred although not required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and produce video campaigns that align with current business strategy and needs
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to tell the First Resonance story through unique and engaging video content
- Edit new and existing footage to create succinct, informative videos
- Contribute to customer and partner facing documentation and external knowledge base
- Analyze performance data from past videos and suggest improvements to future videos
- Report on success of campaigns and ensure qualified leads are properly engaged by our sales team
Base Skills/Interests
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Communications related field
- Video Production and editing experience
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments
- Knowledge about social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and YouTube Live
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
- Inquisitive and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
