The Role
Golden Hippo is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities of the department. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain insight and experience within a talent acquisition function for the company. This role will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by tracking and maintaining records and reports and providing general administrative and recruitment support to the team such as screening and scheduling candidate interviews, posting open jobs, support with social media, and helping build out a new more comprehensive summer intern program and experience.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Support with day to day recruitment activities such as screening resumes in the applicant tracking system as well as source for candidates on job boards, scheduling interviews, sit in on interviews, conduct reference checks, etc.
- Maintain and track referral bonus program, contact candidate referrals, track and forward referrals to Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Post jobs on company career site and all other job sites and resources company works with.
- Maintain Talent Acquisition Calendar and New Hire list.
- Researching and helping define and build a new summer comprehensive internship program.
- Outreach to campuses to foster and build relationships and determine opportunities for campus engagement.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team on special recruitment projects and research.
- Attend team meetings to obtain a holistic picture on how the team operates daily.
The Best Candidates Will Have...
- Must at least be a rising senior in an accredited 4-year university
- Business Majors with an academic emphasis in Human Resources is preferred
- Some type of previous work experience is strongly preferred
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and G Suite
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and ability to juggle multiple assignments
- Proven organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain employee confidentiality
