What you'll do:

• Report to Sr. Director, Tinder & Match Group Strategy
• Conduct research including industry landscapes, product and feature analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics
• Assist in the development and planning of monetization product strategy through analysis and research
• Collaborate with the product team and other internal collaborators across the company to plan and implement both long and short-term strategic goals
• Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively in order to evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems
• Form thoughtful and comprehensive business cases for new businesses or product theses
• Partner on multiple projects with competing deadlines

What we're looking for:

• MBA candidates
• 2+ years of strategy, finance, corporate development and/or business operations experience
• Proficiency in analysis/modeling in Excel
• Proficiency in building presentations in Powerpoint
• Must be organized, deadline-driven and an excellent communicator

Bonus points if:

• You have direct experience at a global consumer internet business supporting operating/product decisions
• You have proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI
• You have an understanding of SQL
