As a member of the Data Engineering/Analytic Team. You will have the opportunity to work close to a group of smart and exciting Engineers, You will also have the opportunity to learn the following;
Astronomer Tasks:

• Executing test DAG runs
• Checking if files are generated
• Checking if files are populated
• Checking task logs
• Dealing with errors

Debugging permissions errors

• AWS Resources (e.g. S3)
• Databases
• SFTP
• Email
• APIs
• Making bug tickets
• Documenting Library differences
• Monitoring completion of DevOps tasks

Basic porting to new Airflow version

• Import path fixes
• Making repeatable code changes (e.g. removing deprecated methods)
• Documentation
• Project Management Excel sheets and other docs.
• Confluence pages

Other Tasks

• Identification/deprecation of unused Redshift objects Creation of anonymized test data sets Consolidation of member_custom_standard tables
• Documentation of Old Insights functionality to clone/deprecate in Insights
