Are you passionate about gaming, building connections, bringing ideas to life, and making an impact? Reporting to the Gaming Player Manager, you will help support important projects that shape how Red Bull shows up in gaming and esports. As the Gaming Player Marketing Intern, you will help build strong relationships with pro gamers, esports teams, and content creators, and support Red Bull’s presence in gaming communities. You will contribute to projects across five main areas: Player Marketing, Gaming Events, Gaming Partnerships, Content, and Communications.
Job DescriptionPLAYER MARKETING SUPPORT
Support the Gaming Player Manager with day-to-day tasks across the Player roster, such as coordinating deliverables and schedules and gathering assets for Player projects.
Develop a strong understanding of the Player roster and their content/streams to help identify potential event or content opportunities
Help monitor Player content, events, and performances, sharing key insights with the team
PROJECT & ACTIVATION EXECUTION
Assist in planning and executing Player campaigns, events, and content activations
Support logistics and coordination (scheduling, asset collection, basic run-of-show documents)
Help ensure Player needs are organized and met for shoots, tournaments, and appearances
Share creative ideas to help bring Player and community concepts to life
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Work with internal teams (e.g., Media Network, Brand, Athlete Marketing) by preparing recaps and support materials
Help maintain project trackers, calendars, and shared folders for the gaming program
Assist with basic reporting, including performance summaries and recaps after campaigns
Participate in regular team meetings, and share insights from gaming, esports, and creator culture
QualificationsActively enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
Demonstrated initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback
Avid gamer who follows gaming trends and stays current with gaming news and content a plus
Experience working with high-profile talent a plus
Additional InformationThe compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
