JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support UAT and product testing activities across web, mobile app, and set-top box platforms
- Draft and localise FAQs, training materials (TTT), and GTM collaterals
- Design, review, and document customer journeys
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Assist in preparing product strategy decks and presentations
- Analyse data and derive insights for product and customer experience improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
- Undergraduate pursuing Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Highly proficient in English and Malay
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest and/or exposure to UI/UX concepts
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Demonstrated interest in product management and digital businesses
- Interest in the entertainment and content streaming industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
