Manage incoming internet email and phone leads, convert leads into vehicle demonstration appointments, guide customers to product information resources, and promptly route inquiries to appropriate sales personnel or departments to meet sales goals.
Martin Automotive Group is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to join our team at our El Monte Nissan location! Do you have experience working in a retail environment? Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Requirements
- Follow up on leads experience
- VIN solutions experience preferred, but not required
- Phone skills
- Desking or deal structure experience
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
- Clean driving record
