About the Role:

Dr. Squatch is expanding globally and we’re looking for an International DTC Manager to drive growth across all non-US Shopify storefronts, including the UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and Rest of World. This is a strategy + execution role that owns the performance monitoring and growth strategy of our international DTC business, driving revenue, conversion, localization, and site experience while partnering across Growth, Product, Merchandising, Lifecycle, and Operations.

This role will report to the Head of International.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. 

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $130,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy & Performance Reporting:
    • Develop and execute the international DTC strategy aligned with international global ecommerce goals
    • Analyze and report performance across revenue (new + returning), CVR, CAC/LTV, and contribution margin
    • Present performance insights and growth recommendations to senior leadership
  • Customer Journey
    • Assist in conceptualising, building, and testing landing pages for different customer cohorts, product launches and marketing activities to increase conversion rate
    • Partner with Growth team to develop localized new customer offer roadmap, review performance, and optimize
  • Supply & Launch Planning
    • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to forecast demand and manage inventory
    • Ensure product availability and healthy stock levels across fulfillment partners
    • Support new product launches, setting target launch quantities based on past performance and marketing plans
  • Merchandising
    • Partner with Merchandising to localize pricing strategy, product bundles, and new category launches
    • Ensure PDP accuracy across regions, including creative, copy, and pricing
  • Localization & Market Expansion
    • Own localization strategy across languages, currencies, payment methods, and customer experience
    • Manage translation workflows across all international storefronts
    • Develop new market / channel launch roadmap
  • Retention & Loyalty
    • Partner with Lifecycle to expand email/SMS programs
    • Identify opportunities to increase international subscription and loyalty performance
  • Marketing Calendar
    • Oversee the strategy and execution of the  new product launch, limited edition, and promotional marketing calendar

About You:

  • 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, DTC growth, or strategy roles (CPG experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, site operations, and ecommerce fundamentals
  • Experience improving conversion rate and building customer journeys
  • Strong analytical skills, able to turn performance data into clear actions
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics/GA4, testing tools, and site optimization
  • Strategic thinker who can execute end-to-end and move fast
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator with high ownership and bias to action
