We’re actively seeking a talented Internal Wholesaler to join our  team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As a Life Insurance Internal Wholesaler, you'll move Pacific Life and your career forward by driving sales results in partnership with an external wholesaler.  You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, driving sales results through Financial Advisor meetings, and moving the sales process through proactive activity.  You will be an extension of your external wholesaler through messaging, sales follow-up cadence, and marketing campaigns with potential Agents.  You will also be responsible for creating and hosting webinars to provide education and uncover new opportunities.

 

How you'll help move us forward:

  • The Internal Wholesaler partners with the External Wholesaler to drive sales activity in the assigned territory.

  • Proactively markets life insurance products to existing and potential Producers/Financial Advisors, leads follow-up, relationship building, and driving your own sales plans. 

  • Use understanding of sales initiatives, business plan, product features, and sales story to support the overall efforts of the External Wholesaler across your assigned Channel to develop and grow the market.

  • Manage and develop your own “farm team” of potential Producers to increase overall production.

  • Coordinate activities for marketing campaigns, seminars, and special marketing-related projects.

  • Run life insurance illustrations. 

The experience you bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Services environment, preferably in Life Insurance.

  • Previous Financial sales/marketing experience.

  • Strong verbal communication skills to educate and influence sales.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

What makes you stand out:

  • FINRA Series 6 license required.

  • Life Insurance license is required.

  • College degree preferred.

  • Previous Life Insurance experience.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
