The salary for this role is $90,000 plus up to $30,000 in commission annually.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the entire SMB Team recruiting cycle from launching a role to sending a candidate a verbal offer to join our team.
    2. Responsible for hiring up to 5-10 internal roles at once. 
    3. Work with Executive Leaders and Hiring Managers to discuss the open roles and launch them to our site.
    4. Review candidate applications and set initial screen interviews based on qualifications of resumes. 
    5. Use LinkedIn Recruiter to find and reach out to top talent that are qualified for each role.
    6. Run the initial 30 minute Zoom interview to qualify a candidate for the next round of interviews.
    7. Create thorough and accurate evaluations of each candidate after an interview is complete. 
    8. Set up candidates with a very fast turn around time for the following rounds of interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience. 
    9. Provide constant communication to candidates with each step needed throughout our interview process. 
    10. Send updates to our Executive Leaders and Hiring Managers throughout our hiring process with our candidate pipeline and maintain constant communication as you receive feedback. 
    11. Send verbal offers to selected candidates.
    12. Provide feedback to candidates.

Character Traits:

    1. Must have a very high level of emotional intelligence.
    2. Must be comfortable speaking with high level executives as well as candidates of all backgrounds.
    3. Must be adaptable and not easily overwhelmed by a fast paced environment.
    4. Must have a positive attitude and be able to provide an excellent experience for all candidates.

Requirements
    1. 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience 
    2. High level of communication skills
    3. Extremely organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
    4. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
    5. Highly adaptable and able to follow process 
    6. A quick learner who is able to think on their feet 
    7. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
    8. Experience sourcing from LinkedIn Recruiter 
    9. Experience in recruiting for sales roles is preferred
