Team Overview

U.S. Wealth is responsible for the advancement, promotion, and growth of DWS’s Active, Passive Xtrackers ETFs, and Alternatives strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary Wealth channels.

With clients across the traditional Wirehouse, Independent, and RIA channels, the Internal Consultant team gains exposure to a diverse set of advisors and firms.

In addition to individual challenges, industry knowledge, and skills development, the Internal Consulting team works together to achieve firm goals.

The Internal Consulting team is a competitive group of individuals, and even more important, they help support one another.

Role Details

As a/an Internal Consultant you will (be):

  • Part of a team working together with external partners covering financial professionals across the country.

  • Part of a team responsible for achieving sales goals across multiple territories.

  • Learning about financial markets across the globe.

  • Educating clients and prospects on the various DWS investment strategies available in the marketplace.

  • Utilizing Salesforce and multiple databases in the development and management of territories.

  • Developing skills across analytics, presentation, process, and relationship building.

We are looking for:

  • Knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Familiarity with Morningstar Advisor Workstation and Salesforce.com a plus

  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly and concisely, with an expertise in adapting to different audiences

  • Ability to articulate specific sales strategies and processes
