Intern - Supply Chain, Business Process Analyst

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis on automated data population capability of MES systems
• Writing PowerBI reports of KPI’s from Operations data sets 
• Collaboration with full time team members, weekly progress reporting
• Written and presented summary of the work you performed 

Education & Experience

• Education Level Required: coursework towards Bachelor's, Master’s or  PhD
•      -  Rising Senior (completed 3 years by start)
• Majors: engineering, data analytics / computer science
• Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in Power BI is a plus.
• Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.

Skills & Other Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI preferred

Additional Information

• Internship Duration: 10 – 14 weeks.

Working Conditions

• This role will be based on-site in Santa Clara, CA
• Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.
• Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
