Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.
Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.
Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW.
Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production.
Knowledge and Skills:
Undergraduate or Graduate in any Engineering degree.
GSD License certification.
Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
Knowledge on industrial engineering.
2 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
People management skills.
Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
