Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.

  • Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.

     

    • Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW.

 

  • Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate in any Engineering degree.

  • GSD License certification.

  • Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.

  • Knowledge on industrial engineering.

  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing plants.

  • Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.

  • People management skills.

  • Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
