Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Creator Acquisition & Success Intern to support both our Creator Acquisitions (AE) and Creator Success (CSM) teams. You’ll play a key role in activating existing lead lists, crafting outreach, and helping build the internal tools and resources that empower creators to succeed on Passes.

This is a full-time, hands-on internship where you’ll gain exposure to both top-of-funnel outreach and post-onboarding success strategy. You’ll be embedded in the teams that bring creators onto the platform and ensure they’re set up for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead Outreach & Engagement

  • Use existing lead lists to engage creators via DMs and other platform-native touchpoints
  • Send personalized, strategic outreach messages that drive attention and responses
  • Support AEs in securing qualified meetings through consistent outbound work
  • Track outreach progress and performance using internal tools

Internal Tools & Team Support

  • Assist AEs in building or refining sales materials, including pitch decks and creator case studies
  • Support CSMs by helping improve onboarding guides, internal FAQs, and training documentation
  • Contribute to team-wide efforts to build scalable processes and templates
  • Join cross-functional meetings and help support special projects across both teams

  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, but collaborative and team-minded
  • Genuinely interested in creators, digital media, and platform operations
  • Bonus: You’ve dabbled in content creation or follow creators closely across platforms
