Position Summary:

As an Intern in the Creative Department, you will immerse yourself in the intricacies of Film and TV development. You will engage with various aspects of our department, gaining hands-on experience in analyzing creative materials and learning about the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Assist in the analysis and coverage of various materials, including books, screenplays, pilots, etc..
  • Participate in project research to support development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Facilitate daily operations, such as setting up conference rooms and greeting guests, to ensure a smooth workflow within the company.
  • Attend department meetings, offering creative insights and suggestions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related field such as Film Studies, Creative Writing, Communications, or Media Studies. Junior/Senior applications only.
  • Prior internship experience in development/entertainment.
  • A keen interest in the entertainment industry, particularly in film and television development.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

About the Program:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related field such as Film Studies, Creative Writing, Communications, or Media Studies. Junior/Senior applications only.
  • Application Deadline: December 8, 2025 
  • Program Duration: January 26, 2026 - April 17, 2026
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 hours max per week
  • Applicant must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Los Angeles, CA area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Internship Credit is also provided for students seeking academic credit for this experience
  • Paid internship: $17.87 Hourly
