You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities. 

This Spring Internship is from January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 through April 24th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience. 

The Sony Pictures Animation creative group are executives that develop and oversee animated movies in the theatrical group.

Responsibilities:

  • Take notes in meetings, clean them up and distribute to the team.

  • Update talent databases, organize digital databases of documents

  • Script and book coverage.

  • Research and collate data and information on industry trends

  • Build and update decks for projects.

  • Assist with in-office needs, such as setting up conference rooms for external guests, ordering lunch for meetings, restocking and organizing supplies, etc.

  • Support the Creative Group administrative team with scheduling and answering phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in school or university during the duration of the internship.

  • Knowledge of MS Microsoft Office, Apple Office Suite products and Google programs.  

  • Interested in entertainment business required

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner to meet deadlines

  • Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision

  • Common sense, dependability, discretion and attention to detail are required

  • Must be a self-started with a team player attitude

  • Excellent communication skills—written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products is a plus!

The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
