JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gain hands-on experience with Astro by supporting marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and reward fulfilment operations. This internship offers exposure to campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting and customer communications within a dynamic marketing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Support monthly reporting and campaign fulfilment activities for AstroBiz (CE) BizRewards Campaign

  • Track campaign performance and fulfilment progress to ensure timely and accurate reward distribution.

  • Coordinate with campaign winners to verify information and manage fulfilment requirements.

  • Schedule reward fulfilment activities and conduct follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Assist in campaign administration, data management and operational tracking.

  • Provide coordination and operational support for key brand campaigns and customer engagement initiatives, including Astro30, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya festive campaigns and AstroBiz initiatives.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support campaign execution and ongoing marketing activities.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Comfortable working with data, reports and administrative tasks.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Interest in marketing, customer engagement and campaign management is an added advantage.
