Position Impact
You will lead the design and construction of ZURU's new offices and showrooms around the world. You'd be managing multiple high-profile projects, from the initial design phase to final execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Oversight: You will manage the entire lifecycle of 3+ commercial projects simultaneously. This includes developing the architectural designs, reviewing technical drawings, overseeing construction administration, managing schedules, and ensuring everything stays on budget and meets high-quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: You'll act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external contractors. This involves leading meetings, presenting designs, and strategically solving any challenges that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: At least 4 years in architecture, with a focus on commercial projects, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction. Proven experience leading and managing architectural teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes and high proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Enscape.
- License: You must hold an active architecture licence.
