As an Intelligence Analyst, you will handle law enforcement requests, track documentation, support investigations, and conduct research for compliance purposes.
Block is one company built from many blocks, all united by the same purpose of economic empowerment. The blocks that form our foundational teams - People, Finance, Counsel, Hardware, Information Security, Platform Infrastructure Engineering, and more - provide support and guidance at the corporate level. They work across business groups and around the globe, spanning time zones and disciplines to develop inclusive People policies, forecast finances, give legal counsel, safeguard systems, nurture new initiatives, and more. Every challenge creates possibilities, and we need different perspectives to see them all. Bring yours to Block.

The team serves as an escalation point internally for multiple teams, and also triages matters stemming from internal business partners and inquiries from law enforcement agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
In this role, you will support the Intelligence organization by effectively receiving and tracking all Cash and Square SAR supporting documentation requests from various law enforcement agencies, receive and respond to 314B requests, conduct open source and internal checks on subjects, as well as provide law enforcement agencies with the necessary information and documentation surrounding their requests. The role will also require the receiving and tracking of other various law enforcement inquiries, such as Keep Open Letters, National Security Letters, as well as exposure scrubbing from external leads using a multitude of tools and ways.
