Reporting to the Manager, Integration Services, the Integration Engineer II will be responsible for delivering assigned implementation projects. Will work to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to GHX customers through all assigned projects.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical integration activities and operations aspects of the client relationship, achievement of service levels, as well as execution on key projects with specific focus on client utilization and satisfaction.  Will manage implementation to project objectives, follow project plans, as well as work with the Client organizations to manage priorities and expectations.  

Work cross-functionally in a matrix role, and focus on achieving required service levels, meeting project timelines, and addressing services and client issues as required.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Requirements Development. Ensures the customer understands the Marketplace process and each deliverable required to drive the outcome of the project.
  • Solution Design. Utilizes the GHX Marketplace application to build, test and deploy organizations.  Advises customers on technical best practices, data requirements, common procurement testing scenarios and how user/business hierarchy can impact purchasing.
  • Guide GHX configuration. Engages resources on other GHX teams to schedule database changes, script execution, integration development on custom or complex configurations.  Consults with GHX product teams on what dependencies are potentially impacted by customer timeline.
  • Supports test plans that meet customer requirements and sufficiently reduces support risks.  Participates in execution of test plan with customer, including validation of results of GHX Services applied.  Works with other GHX integration resources to assist in validation of data to and from the provider’s MMIS/ERP system.
  • Communicates directly with provider and supplier technical resources or managers, as required, to coordinate and complete project tasks.
  • Documentation.  Provides documentation deliverables as required for each of the key project tasks above including Salesforce and/or Jira cases, requirements documents, workflow diagram, post-support recap, step by step training guides and internal FAQ guides.
  • Hand-off to Support. Provides technical documentation, knowledge transfer, assists in definition of SLAs, etc., as required, to transition customer to GHX support.
  • Support Escalation. Acts as support escalation point issues related to implementations transitioned to Support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, integration or configuration across multiple computer systems.
  • MS Office and Project experience
  • Work effectively with minimal direction, learn quickly, and function effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with system configurations involving Healthcare procurement
  • Experience with SFTP and API protocols leverage in an B2B integration environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • XML knowledge.
  • Agile and Cloud ERP Experience
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects with internal and external participants

The compensation for this role is: $64,585 - $84,112

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
