This is a 100% remote, full-time (~40 hours/week) position open to candidates in the CST, MST, or PST time zones.

What you will do:

  • Work as part of our customer success team to deliver data integrations into our product
  • Lead the data integration parts of the solution, with many customer/technologies
  • Work closely with R&D on new integrations and improvements of existing integrations
  • Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, including data analysis, writing queries to optimize, restructure, or resolve issues, and troubleshooting database-related challenges.
  • 2+ years of experience working with ETL/ELT tools - Workato, or others.
  • 2+ years of experience with RESTful, knowledge of SOAP APIs & authentication methods.
  • History of success in a consultant or customer success position.
  • Basic understanding of Python & Node.js.
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML structures, with the ability to read, understand, and manipulate these formats for data exchange and integration purposes.
  • Ability to take initiative and quickly adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. A self-started mindset with strong problem-solving skills is essential.
  • Coding experience - a plus.

  • Target salary range of 100-125k. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including prior experience, value add, and location, and may vary from the amount above.
