Position Summary

The Integration Services Engineer II is responsible for delivering software solutions that meet or exceed customer project requirements. These solutions will primarily focus on installing, configuring, and customizing one or more of DocMagic's products and services. The Integration Services Engineer II provides effective and efficient service to internal and external clients and maintains a friendly, positive approach when assisting customers and collaborating in the workplace. This position follows departmental policies and procedures in support of the company's vision.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with commercial LOS and POS partners and their support teams to develop and maintain DocMagic service offerings.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors on the implementation of additional DocMagic products and services.
  • Work with Relationship Managers to identify additional service opportunities within client integrations.
  • Work with Business Development to execute solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business partners on the value proposition for mutual clients.
  • Collaborate with Compliance on product enhancements required to meet new regulatory requirements.
  • Share knowledge with DocMagic teams to improve competency with commercial integrations.
  • Partner with the Delivery team to implement product enhancements across the full portfolio of DocMagic products.
  • Work with the DocMagic Development Team to create and modify data transformation processes as needed.
  • Participate in authoring integration and interface guides, including DocMagic Direct Web Service Guides and LOS Interface Guides.
  • Assist with product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve current offerings and participating in the design of new products and program features.
  • Travel occasionally to client and partner locations.

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of integration or client services experience.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in business-to-business integration.
  • 4+ years of technical proficiency across a range of software products and platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with the Encompass Loan Origination System and Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Mortgage industry experience and knowledge preferred.
