Position Summary: Job Profile Name for this Position is Analyst II, Business
As an Integration Business Analyst, you will join our cross-functional team built to deliver competitive screening solutions to various market segments. The position's responsibility extends from overseeing the implementation of new integration partnerships to creating client specific connections with those partners. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
Essential functions, responsibilities, and time allocation:
Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into
integration requirements
Establish documentation to support the facilitation of the integration lifecycle
Review of API specs to determine path for integration connection and mapping
Ensure systems can communicate with each other
Overseeing all stages of integration connection including client discovery, user acceptance testing and resolution of any issues
Monitoring and evaluating integration progress at each stage of the process
Complete acceptance testing and provide feedback to development team and/or ATS partner when needed
Liaising with the solution team and end-users to deliver updates
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Provide documentation, training and support to external customers as needed
Qualifications required:
Proficient in dialogue related to programming languages, software development, data management and access control, required
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Qualifications preferred:
College degree preferred
3+ years of CRA/Background experience
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST
Overnight Travel Requirements: >10%
