Job Description

Reporting to our Senior Integrated Production Director, you will create impact within our team and capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute by working on one of our fastest growing accounts focusing on entertainment social brand and title editorial work. You will be one of three project leads, working with Client Management, Social Content Managers, and our Production team. The Integrated Producer will manage the briefing process, timelines, production workflows, and delivery for digital assets. At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth. This is a hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles office. The salary range for this position is $70,000-78,000 USD, annually and final offer is based on experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Mastery in creating schedules, managing production resourcing, and distribution of final video and design assets

  • Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners

  • Navigating client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details

  • Manage budgets, monitor scope changes, keep track of client Purchase Orders, and manage invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects

  • Your in person attendance at the client offices once per week is mandatory.

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years working at a creative agency in a production or project management role

  • Experience working with a social media focused and/or entertainment client

  • Proficiency with project management software tools and G Suite ; knowledge of Mac Suite a plus

  • Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners

  • Client-centric - You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.

  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
