Your role at Clorox:

The Integrated Producer is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and driving content projects from start to finish, ensuring high creative quality while staying on time and on budget. This role involves managing shoots, vendors, editorial projects, invoices, SOWs, and deliverables, while partnering closely with creative, production, and business teams. The Integrated Producer is a relationship builder and detail-oriented problem solver who helps refine processes and bring ideas to life across multiple brands and styles of content.

In this role, you will:

The Integrated Producer is responsible for managing all stages of production, including video, photography, and digital assets. You will own production value, ensure brand consistency, manage bidding and vendor negotiations, and handle projects through post-production and final delivery.

  • Production Management – Oversee creative concepts, calibrate production to budget/timing, ensure AICP/AICE compliance, negotiate with vendors, manage talent contract requirements, arrange pre-pro meetings, and attend shoots with creative teams.

  • Creative Collaboration – Partner with creative teams from the concept stage, contribute production insight and inspiration, provide references (directors, partners, styles), and support presentations as needed.

  • Budget & Timing – Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules, provide transparency in reporting, and maintain constant communication with producers, project management, and client teams.

  • Industry Relationships – Leverage existing network of production companies, directors, and vendors; actively scout new talent and capabilities.

  • Process Development – Support continuous improvement of internal production workflows, tools, and best practices in partnership with process, tech, and leadership teams.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in producing, video production, and/or post-production, with emphasis on filmmaking across a variety of brands and styles.
  • Advertising agency experience as a broadcast producer preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong background in photography, animation, radio, music, and digital content.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full production cycle: planning, pre-production, on-set, and post-production.
  • Working knowledge of AICP/AICE forms, usage rights, and union talent rules.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, content, experiential).
  • Category experience in food, cleaning, and personal care is a plus along with Prop or food styling
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong scheduling, estimating, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
  • Additional training in filmmaking or production is a plus.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900
Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900
Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
