Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Planning & Schedule Specialist (Level 2) to join our team in Long Beach, CA. In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
- Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
- Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules
- Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
- Identifies and reports performance variances
- Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
- 3+ years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems
- Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
- Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc)
