Role type: Full-time
Team: Client Leadership
Reporting to: Client Partner
Location: New York City, New York (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

 

This role supports Brainlabs in building high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From helping to pitch for new clients through to growing existing client relationships you will focus on personally delivering brilliant media solutions to clients. You help to run the client account by owning your own flawless execution.

In this role you will:

  • Help to prepare for and possibly begin to start pitching for new clients applying your developing knowledge in your specific sector/vertical expertise.
  • Work to deliver the key aspects of the clients SOW making sure you deliver excellent work at all times working with the Client Success team.
  • Start to understand your client business and sector. 
  • Actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions.
  • Lead on preparing client meetings and QBR content. 
  • Act as a point of contact for junior to mid--level client stakeholders as identified and build those relationships.

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has 6+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialisation.
  • Has natural relationship building capabilities and will be early on in your client leadership remit but will fully understand what excellent client delivery looks like.
  • Has developing knowledge of how marketing and cross-media (channels) directly drives specific client KPIs.
  • Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience. 
  • Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients and developing sector knowledge. 
  • Has a developing knowledge of how end-to-end full-service media agencies deliver integrated solutions that solve your clients challenges.

  • Excellent QBR feedback.

  • A growing portfolio of revenue across your client or portfolio of clients 
  • Evidence of broad revenue sources for your client via multiple Brainlabs products 
  • Increasing profile in the media world in your sector/marketing prompting Brainlabs and your client success 
  • Be revenue hungry and be involved in successful new business pitches.
