Join a passionate, collaborative team that's reshaping the prepaid wireless experience-making it more affordable, accessible, and connected to real people's needs.We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist II with strong digital advertising experience who's eager to grow their skills across influencer, out-of-home (OOH), affiliate, and retail channels. In this role, you'll partner with external agencies and internal teams to launch cross-channel campaigns, while continuing to hone your performance marketing expertise. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and looking to evolve into a well-rounded marketer, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Coordinate Paid Media Campaigns: Work closely with media agencies to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms (search, social, display).
  • Support Integrated Marketing Execution: Assist in rolling out multi-channel campaigns, including influencer, affiliate, OOH, and retail, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor Performance & Drive Insights: Track campaign KPIs, compile performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Project & Asset Management: Oversee timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage delivery of creative assets and approvals.
  • Contribute to Strategy & Creative Briefs: Help draft briefs, research trends and competitor activity, and support planning to inform future campaign strategies.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital media (search, social, display)

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Eager to expand into other marketing channels such as influencer, affiliate, and OOH
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and vendors
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to grow within a mission-driven marketing team

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,500.00/Year
