We are hiring a talented and experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to partner with our marketing specialists to drive brand, partnership activations and lead generation campaigns for Xsolla. A successful candidate will have the experience and passion to create, manage, deliver and measure campaigns across our paid, owned, and earned channels. He/she will have the opportunity to drive campaign effectiveness and profit drivers for the company by collaborating with our internal teams and external channel partners to create compelling branded content.
In addition, we are looking for a highly organized individual who can effectively work on and deliver multiple projects simultaneously to liaise with our product, business development, customer support, finance, legal and global operations colleagues and stakeholders in offices located around the world.
You will take ownership of campaigns, with direct supervision from the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, and work alongside the Experiential, Regional and Product Marketing teams in agroup effort to execute the larger Xsolla Marketing strategy. This role is based in the Xsolla Global Headquarters Los Angeles, California office.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, measure go-to-market strategies for our new solution launches;
- Manage the paid, owned, earned channel campaigns across the Xsolla enterprise and community;
- Integrate and execute with advertising, CRM (Email campaigns), digital activations online, social media brand campaigns and industry events;
- Support internal marketing team in each of our regions for key initiatives to be activated across all marketing content platforms ;
- Document, deliver, report and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns;
- Work with our internal design, advertising, product, public relations and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns to generate quality leads for Xsolla;
- Optimize results in an effort to decrease costs per activations;
- Deliver within the allocated marketing budget for campaigns and with our regional teams around the world;
- Develop and measure key metrics around the business including customer acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field;
- 4-6+ years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility;
- Proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders and media outlets to deliver content and media-driven digital and physical campaigns;
- Knowledge of using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance operational efficiencies and to written create content;
- Data specialist who can gather information, report it and make recommendations based on findings from internal and external performance dashboards;
- Demonstrated experience in the video-game industry and deep understanding of end-to-end product cycles and needs of businesses in the ecosystem;
- Thorough knowledge of integrated marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance;
- Experience using key project management platforms including Jira, Atlassian, Google Analytics, Slack, Salesforce (Pardot and Marketing Cloud), Sprout Social, and Google Suite;
- Strong B2B experience identifying opportunities within the gaming and/or fintech industries, from lead generation to forecasting, utilizing digital marketing campaigns (end-to-end) to convert, nurture and build life-long advocates as partners/clients
- Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
- Ability to travel based on need. 10-20% for domestic and international travel.
