Now, we're searching for a highly motivated, hands-on marketing powerhouse to join our team: the Integrated Marketing Field Specialist. This is your chance to be the strategic and tactical force that fuels pipeline and drives regional success.

The Mission: Fueling Growth Through High-Impact Field Programs

This role is a blend of strategy, execution, and deep collaboration. You'll work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Partners to deliver impactful programs that resonate across regions.

This means partnering with Demand Generation to drive awareness and attendance, and working with Marketing Operations to ensure leads are properly captured, tracked, and integrated into HubSpot and Salesforce. You'll then enable the SDR teams for immediate, effective lead follow-up.
  • Regional & Internal Champion: Build strong, trust-based relationships with our field sales teams, tailoring activities to meet specific regional needs and priorities. You will also play a key support role in internal logistics for major company events like Sales Kick Off & Revenue Leadership Offsites.
  • Brand & Results Advocate: Collaborate with PR and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment before, during, and after every event. Most importantly, you will track, analyze, and report on program performance to continuously optimize and prove measurable ROI in pipeline and revenue.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a proven track record of getting things done and delivering exceptional prospect experiences.

  • Experience & Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field , along with 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management.
  • Execution Prowess: Your strong project management skills allow you to seamlessly manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives.
  • MarTech Fluency: You're familiar with event platforms, marketing automation tools (like HubSpot), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Communication & Influence: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility: You are a dedicated road warrior, willing to travel up to 25% for essential event execution.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
