This is a 100% remote position. You’ll work with individuals who have already expressed interest in coverage and meet with them virtually to review their options.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • You’ll connect with warm leads—no cold calling required.
     
  • Conduct virtual appointments with clients
     
  • Educate families on available coverage options
     
  • Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
     
  • Participate in training and mentorship
     

Earnings & Advancement:

  • Commission-based compensation structure
     
  • Typical first-year earnings: $70,000–$125,000+
     
  • Leadership and additional income opportunities available
     
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives
