The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking a career-minded individual for our Regional Insurance Manager opportunity. The Regional Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Field Sales and has responsibility for a centralized regional sales organization and is accountable for achieving quantitative and qualitative annual sales requirements. This position provides overall leadership to Insurance Business Managers, as well as directs growth, productivity, and development of Field Sales staff. The position is responsible for developing new methods for capturing additional market share and expanding product line penetration, as well as define new sales priorities and creating the insurance team’s mission. In addition, the position reviews insurance management business processes, and methods, directs modification and streamlining of processes whenever possible and communicates changes Enterprise wide as required. 

 

Successful candidates have the following qualifications: 

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 

  • Minimum 3 years Sales Agent plus 2 years IBM experience with ACSC 

  • A documented history of success in a professional sales environment required 

  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite software. 

  • Must possess a complete understanding and proven application of the SSC selling approach. 

  • Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written. A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, results oriented, and committed to maintaining superior customer relationships. 

Sales Managers successfully meeting sales goals earn on average $164,000 - $200,500 annually.
