Overview:
As a Litigation Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.
The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:
- 3+ years of defense litigation experience.
- Experience in different practice areas - general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law.
- Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
- Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the State of NY or CA
