Why This Internship Is Valuable
Our Insurance and Alternative Solutions interns are hired for a 10-week immersive experience serving in a cross-functional role that interacts with multiple departments, allowing the intern to develop full breadth and depth knowledge about the business, while networking with the experts in their field. During the internship, individuals will receive training and work on a variety of projects that directly impact the business. Summer interns are immediately a part of our collaborative culture and build enduring relationships with their fellow interns, manager, and assigned mentor. Summer interns also have the opportunity to network with various professionals through organized social events. Finally, each summer intern will work with an assigned mentor to complete a project and present their findings with other interns to the executive leadership team.
Our 2026 summer analyst internship program will begin June 2026 and last through August 2026. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
- Support the Revantage Risk team with both department and function initiatives
- Collaborate across functions, departments, and regions to fulfill project requirements
- Learn and become proficient in internal software systems relevant to risk department
- Understand the overall concept of Revantage including the makeup of the Blackstone portfolio, Revantage Risk Service insurance structure, and other corporate service offerings.
- Assist in creation of ad-hoc presentation and communication materials
- Observe and participate in daily activities and provide suggestions for improvement
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by questioning current processes
- Establish and maintain relationships across departments, regions, and portfolio companies
- Demonstrate company core values
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
- Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Risk Management and/or related fields of study such as Actuarial, Business Administration, or Finance
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Desire to learn the functions of a risk management department and a strong ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026
Base Compensation Range:
$25.00 To $30.00 Hourly. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position.
