To drive product adoption and customer success, we are expanding our Customer Training & Partner Enablement Program and are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to build and deliver engaging training experiences for our customers and partners.

The Role:

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering training content that enables customers and partners to effectively use our platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure our training program evolves alongside our rapidly growing platform. You will create and deliver both virtual and instructor lead training (the program is tiered from introductory through advanced/specialized levels and certifications) to customers worldwide, troubleshoot technical questions, and develop structured certification programs for partners and end users.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of pedagogical approaches, certification programs, and technical training for enterprise software, ideally in the data integration space.

This is a full-time, temporary position anticipated to last approximately three months.

What You'll Do:

  • Opportunity to build and shape a world-class training program for a cutting-edge data integration & AI automation platform
  • Leverage GenAI training tools design and develop training content, including self-paced e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, hands-on learning, etc.
  • Create structured learning paths for different audiences: customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Create customized training material for specific customers and partners
  • Continuously refine training materials based on learner feedback, effectiveness metrics, and platform updates
  • Experience with data integration tools or the ability to gain that knowledge quickly

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or a related role within the enterprise software space
  • Deep understanding of data integration, APIs, and automation workflows—or the ability to quickly ramp up on complex technical subjects
  • A proven track record of designing and delivering training for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or AI/automation tools
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) and working within LMS environments
  • Experience developing certification programs for partners and customers, with measurable impact on enablement outcomes
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering virtual and in-person training sessions to global audiences
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical questions and provide guidance in live training environments
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Partner teams, while managing deliverables autonomously
  • Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and supporting partner enablement programs is a strong plus
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20–30%, if needed, for customer or partner-facing training events
