Are you curious about instructional design and curriculum development? Do you have academic or professional experience in developing educational materials? If so, you should apply for our Instructional Design Associate role.

Your role as an Instructional Design Associate will consist of, but not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with other instructional designers on a variety of projects related to the development of technical, technology, and client service training
  • Review and update existing learning materials for accuracy
  • Collect and review feedback from learners and stakeholders about the impact of our learning materials and recommend improvements
  • Design, develop, and deploy learning content in various formats such as eLearning courses, live virtual training sessions, videos, articles, and more
  • Apply learning theories and instructional models to develop impactful and engaging learning experiences for employees at all levels
  • ·Collaborate effectively with subject-matter experts within the firm through the content development lifecycle

The skills and qualities we are seeking for this role:

  • Enthusiasm for learning, teaching, and instructional design
  • A bachelor's degree strongly preferred (credits in Education, Instructional Design or Instructional Technology, or related degree a plus)
  • Some relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for learning new technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset

  • Technical Skills and Interests (preferred)
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in exploring ways to leverage AI technology to enhance learning experiences and instructional design.
  • Exposure to or enthusiasm for multimedia tools (e.g., video editing, animation, interactive content creation).
  • Willingness to explore and apply emerging technologies in a digital learning environment.
  • Informed about or curious to explore instructional design methodologies aimed at addressing the needs of the modern learner.

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 plus overtime pay.
