About the Role

As an Institutional Ecosystem Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our strategic asset issuers and be accountable for their ongoing growth in liquidity, utility and market cap growth resulting from broader adoption through DeFi and other distribution networks. You will act as the primary point of contact, responsible for understanding their technical needs, proactively driving smooth integration of our products, and providing exceptional account management support. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will be key in driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Your Impact:

  • Establish a comprehensive account management plan encompassing various aspects such as institutional clients across DeFi, TradFi, and Web3 ecosystems, delegate outreach, product integration, and roadmap alignment.

  • Identify and structure multi-party opportunities by aligning business incentives across diverse stakeholders.

  • Create and oversee team structure for the account management plan.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions tailored to institutional needs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in DeFi, capital markets, and blockchain applications, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.

  • Stay ahead of market trends in tokenisation, digital asset management, and institutional blockchain adoption.

  • Take user feedback to help the product generate new features and products to drive user satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of extensive account, new business and/ or relationship management in technical environments with experience managing large and complex accounts, and successfully engaging stakeholders at all levels and functions within organisations.

  • Deep knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and tokenisation value chains (including personal hands-on experience with DeFi).

  • Familiarity with both traditional financial market infrastructure and decentralised applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain platforms.

  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all organisational levels.

  • strategic thinking and business development capabilities with a creative, deal-oriented mindset.

  • Expertise in tokenisation of RWAs, including regulatory considerations, ecosystem players, and scalability challenges.

  • Able to travel 20%+
