In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our sales team by managing various administrative duties specifically tailored to our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating/managing quotes, processing orders, liaising with clients and teammates, tracking shipments, and assisting with lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Possess high-level organization and time-management skills 
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations 
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software 
  • The aptitude for learning new systems quickly 
  • Previous sales support or administrative/data entry experience
  • The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time 
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with Account Management of active accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and teammates
  • Help ensure overall success for clients and iT1
  • Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potential issues 
  • Support the sales team by completing the order process within our internal systems 
  • Invoicing of customers 
  • Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers
  • Responsible for pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations
  • Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processes 
  • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests 
  • Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed 
  • Perform other duties as needed 

Physical Demands:

  • Sit at a computer for up to 8 hours per day
  • Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
  • Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)
  • Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
  • Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)
  • Engage in effective communication via phone and in-person conversations
  • Ability to handle both routine and challenging customer interactions

Job Location:

  • Hybrid if local to the Tempe, AZ
  • Remote if located outside of a reasonable commute
  • Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
