An Inside Sales Specialist drives revenue by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and digital channels. The role is dynamic, combining proactive, outreach with reactive client support, and often requires handling multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting sale quotas.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Prospect Qualification: Assess leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits tailored to each prospect. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, addressing inquires and providing solutions.
  • Sales Closure: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals. 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, share insights, and optimize sales processes. 
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Other: Perform additional projects, duties or assignments as directed by management. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of inside sales or business development roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Advanced customer service, problem solving, and relationship management abilities. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Self-Motivation: Target-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
