At Elevate Semiconductor, we empower semiconductor and system test customers by creating world class ICs that tackle the industry’s most complex automated test equipment challenges. Our innovative team designs the lowest power, highest density solutions to reduce cost of test while pushing performance forward.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing support in selling Elevate products and/or services to existing customers and new customers. You will utilize both technical and business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience.

This role will require you to work onsite in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Execute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success.
  • Work closely and support business units on competitor analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.
  • Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers’ organization and departments.

Sales Support, Forecasting, and Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
  • Track opportunity progress and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data, account information, and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Support annual budgeting and revenue planning activities.

RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline. Technical degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, business development, customer support, or a related customer facing role within the semiconductor, electronics, technology, or industrial markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth through effective account management, customer relationship development, and opportunity tracking.
  • Experience working cross functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

The salary range for this role is $60,000.00-$81,000.00 per year. Starting salary will be aligned with your relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities during the interview process. Typically, candidates begin at the initial tier of our compensation range, with placement adjusted for candidates presenting extensive directly applicable experience.
