We’re seeking Inside Sales Account Executives to join our sales team in Westlake
Village, CA. This position focuses on engaging small- and mid-sized business owners
who inquire about our point-of-sale (POS) and payment processing solutions. The role
combines inbound lead management with proactive outbound follow-up and is a
performance-based sales position with a highly competitive compensation structure.

Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from business owners and
operators, specializing in restaurant environments.
● Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and business goals.
● Deliver persuasive phone or video demos highlighting Shift4 POS capabilities. Perform high-volume outbound follow-up with existing database of leads to re-
engage opportunities.

● Recommend tailored solutions including POS hardware, software, and integrated
payments.
● Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing packages.
● Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.
● Collaborate with deployment and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for
new clients.
● Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for revenue, approved and activated deals.
● Maintain strong working knowledge of Shift4 products, updates, and competitive
offerings.
● Work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

Qualifications:
● 1–3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred.
● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
● Comfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls to existing leads.
● Experience selling to restaurants or the hospitality industry a plus.
● Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities
simultaneously.
● Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
● Motivated, coachable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
● 4 Days in office required
● No weekends required
