About the Team
The Inside Sales Team is responsible for selling group, suite, and season tickets at Oracle Park by executing targeted outbound sales campaigns and building relationships with prospects. They are also responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients in support of their game day experience. About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven high volume Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts through outbound and inbound sales activities, contributing to the growth of our group sales, premium hospitality and season ticket programs. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls (80-100) and emails, with the goal of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, facilitating meetings, handling objections, closing, and servicing accounts after the sale is made. This role is a part-time, hybrid position (three days in office, two days remote). You will also have some gameday responsibilities throughout the season.

·       Prospect and Generate Leads: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
·       Manage Sales Cycle: Conduct needs assessments, present product solutions, and handle objections. Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
·       Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
·       Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
·       Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
·       Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
·       Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
·       Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the sales process.
Qualifications
·       Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume sales and/or service environment. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
·       Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients in order to provide a high level of customer service.
·       Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
·       Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization.
·       Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
·       Motivation: Highly motivated with a desire to have a successful career in the field of sports sales.
·       Education: Bachelor’s degree.
