The Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I) supports specialty dealers within YETI’s wholesale business by partnering closely with Sales Representatives and internal teams to deliver reliable service and strong operational and sales execution. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day dealer support activities and plays an important part in ensuring a positive dealer experience across assigned accounts.

This position is ideal for someone who is early in their sales career, enjoys working in a fast‑paced sales environment, and is interested in supporting customers across a variety of industries and use cases.
Experience in Sport, Outdoor, or Home & Hospitality industry strongly valued.

What You’ll Do

Inside Sales & Customer Support

  • Serve as an inside sales contact for specialty dealers, providing timely and professional support.
  • Occasionally supports outside sales activities—including outbound outreach to assigned accounts, representing the YETI brand at events, and limited customer visits—under the guidance and direction of Sales and Leadership.
  • Support Sales Representatives by assisting with day‑to‑day account needs and sales operations.
  • Communicate the YETI brand story in a clear and consistent way that supports customer relationships.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, ensuring questions and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Provide accurate information and support related to:
    • Product availability and assortments
    • Purchase order placement
    • Order status, backorders, and fulfillment timing
    • Account balances, block management, and credit status
    • Product questions and warranty-related concerns
  • Communicate backorders and share approved alternate product options as directed.
  • Help maintain positive working relationships with customers across assigned accounts and territories.

Operational Support & Execution

  • Assist with identifying and resolving order or account issues that may impact revenue or dealer experience, escalating as needed.
  • Monitor assigned case queues and follow established processes to support service-level expectations.
  • Support reporting related to credit blocks, order issues, or customer inquiries.
  • Participate in phone coverage and assist with workload balancing as business needs require.
  • Support accounts with additional operational complexity (e.g., EDI) under guidance from senior team members.

Team & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with peers, Sales Representatives, and internal partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives as assigned.
  • Follow established processes and contribute ideas for improving efficiency or customer experience.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in an entry‑level inside sales, customer service, or sales support role, or equivalent transferable experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfort working with systems, tools, and technology to support sales operations.
  • Interest or background in the Sport, Outdoor, or Home & Hospitality industries.

Collaboration & Professionalism

  • Dependable team player who shows up consistently for teammates and Sales Representatives.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow the Specialty sales function.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer experience, or sales operations.
  • Exposure to consumer, lifestyle, or B2B sales environments.
